Offset Loan Checker
I have a mortgage. I have an offset account. How do I know if interests are deducted accurately?
An online search left me more confused, either from an agent's website trying to upsell or a financial service page with more technical jargon to wrap my head around. So I built this tool specifically to break it all down for me, explained with elementary math.

Second Look
One of my biggest gripes with flashy, very cool designs is that they usually fail in accessibility. Don't even get me started on AI-generated screens and prototype!
To prove it, I leveraged Nelson Norman Group's UX heuristic with Intopia's recently released accessibility skill developed for FigmaMake to assess any design input to WCAG 2.2 AA standard. Now, we have the evidence to do better.

Frequency
Some days are for bunkering down and getting sh*t done. Music helps me get into the flow, I land on YouTube and more often than not, I get distracted into recommended side quests. We all know it's not me, it's the algorithm!
So I decided to vibe my own algo - monthly refresh of new tunes, spontaneity of discovery mixed with known classics - no more side quests and stuff gets ticked off all over the board.
